Information we collect

We may collect information that users provide when creating an account, creating a seller profile, posting an advertisement, purchasing advertising credits, requesting a CR8iVE Studio service or contacting us. This may include name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, seller or store name, advertisement and listing information, uploaded images, service or project requirements, payment references and account activity.

Payment proof information

For manual bank-transfer payments, CR8iVE may collect the submitted payment reference and receipt image or other payment proof. These records are used to verify the incoming payment, maintain transaction records, investigate disputes and prevent misuse.

Payment-proof files are stored in a private storage area and are intended to be accessible only to the submitting user where permitted and to authorised CR8iVE administrators for verification and support.

How we use information

We may use information to operate CR8iVE Marketplace, create and manage seller accounts, review and manage advertisements, verify manual bank-transfer payments, manage Ad Credits, communicate with users, provide CR8iVE Studio services, prevent fraud or misuse, maintain business records and comply with applicable legal, security or payment requirements.

Public seller information

Information that a seller intentionally includes in a public advertisement or seller profile may be visible to Marketplace visitors. This may include store name, advertisement details, images, WhatsApp number, phone number or other contact information selected for buyer contact. Sellers should not publish information they do not want to make publicly available.

Payments

Manual bank-transfer payments are currently verified by CR8iVE using the submitted payment reference, receipt and receiving-account records. If third-party payment providers are added later, their own privacy, security and payment terms may also apply.

CR8iVE does not request or need users' online-banking passwords, ATM PINs, card PINs, CVVs or one-time passwords in order to verify a manual bank-transfer payment.

Sharing information

CR8iVE does not sell users' personal information. Information may be shared only where reasonably necessary to provide platform or Studio services, process or verify payments, comply with applicable requirements, investigate misuse or protect legitimate business and user interests.

Data retention

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for account management, advertising operations, payment verification, customer support, accounting, security, dispute handling or applicable legal requirements.

Data security

CR8iVE takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect account, payment-proof and business information. However, no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.

User requests

Users may contact CR8iVE to request correction of inaccurate personal information, ask questions about how their information is handled or request account-related assistance. Some information may need to be retained where reasonably required for accounting, security, payment disputes or legal purposes.

Policy updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated as CR8iVE Marketplace features, payment systems or applicable requirements change. The latest published version applies to current use of the platform.
