1. Platform role
CR8iVE Marketplace provides advertising and discovery space for independent sellers. Unless an advertisement clearly states that CR8iVE Studio itself is the seller, CR8iVE is not the seller of the advertised item or service and does not process the buyer-to-seller purchase payment.
2. Seller responsibility
Sellers must provide accurate, lawful and non-misleading information and are responsible for availability, pricing, delivery, warranties, returns and the transaction they make directly with buyers.
3. Review before publication
Advertisements are not automatically public. CR8iVE may approve, request changes, reject, suspend or remove an advertisement to protect platform quality, users or legal compliance.
4. Free trial and Ad Credits
Each eligible seller may receive one lifetime free trial advertisement. The free advertisement becomes live only after approval and remains live for seven days from approval.
Paid advertising uses CR8iVE Ad Credits. One Ad Credit provides seven approved live advertising days. Sellers may use multiple credits for longer initial advertising periods where those options are offered.
5. Manual bank-transfer payments
Where manual bank transfer is offered, the seller must transfer the exact amount shown to the published receiving account and submit the payment reference together with a receipt or other payment proof.
Uploading a receipt does not by itself confirm payment. CR8iVE will add Ad Credits only after an administrator verifies that the money has actually reached the receiving bank account. A payment request may remain pending until verification is completed.
CR8iVE may reject a payment request where the incoming payment cannot be verified, the amount does not match, the reference cannot be reconciled, or the submitted proof appears invalid or misleading.
6. Credit reservation and moderation
Credits required for a paid advertisement may be reserved while the advertisement is under review. Reserved credits are consumed when the advertisement is approved. If the advertisement is rejected, the reserved credits are returned. If changes are requested, the credits remain reserved while the seller edits and resubmits.
7. Auto-Renew
Sellers may enable Auto-Renew for eligible paid advertisements. When Auto-Renew is enabled, one available credit may be consumed at expiry to extend the advertisement by another seven days. If there is no available credit, the advertisement will not renew automatically.
8. Prohibited and misleading advertisements
Illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, deceptive or otherwise prohibited listings may be rejected or removed. CR8iVE may also restrict regulated, age-restricted, unsafe or unlawful products or services and may suspend accounts that repeatedly breach platform rules.
9. Buyer-seller transactions
Buyers should verify the seller, item or service before paying. Payment, fulfilment, delivery, warranties, returns and transaction-level refunds are arranged directly between buyer and seller unless CR8iVE Studio is specifically identified as the seller.
10. Advertising credits and refunds
Ad Credits are used only for advertising on CR8iVE Marketplace and are not buyer funds. Credits returned because an advertisement is rejected remain available in the seller's credit wallet. Credits already consumed for approved live advertising are generally not refundable, except where CR8iVE determines that a platform error prevented the advertising service from being delivered.
11. CR8iVE Studio services
Creative or digital services sold directly by CR8iVE Studio are separate from third-party marketplace advertisements and may have their own scope, payment, revision and refund terms.
12. Changes
These terms may be updated as platform features, payment methods or applicable requirements change. The current published version applies to new advertising and payment activity.
