Advertising Credit & Fee Policy

Free trial advertising
Each eligible seller may receive one lifetime free trial advertisement. No advertising fee or Ad Credit is charged for the eligible free trial advertisement. Its live period begins only after CR8iVE approves it and continues for seven days.
Ad Credits
Paid advertising on CR8iVE Marketplace uses Ad Credits. One Ad Credit provides seven approved live advertising days. Where available, sellers may use multiple credits for longer initial advertising periods.
Current bundle sizes and prices are displayed on the Credits page before a payment request is submitted.
Manual bank-transfer payment
Where bank transfer is available, sellers must transfer the exact amount shown to the published receiving account and submit the payment reference and receipt through the platform.
A submitted receipt does not automatically create or add Ad Credits. The payment request remains pending until CR8iVE verifies that the money has actually reached the receiving bank account.
Approved payment requests
After CR8iVE verifies the incoming payment, the selected credit bundle is applied to the seller's credit wallet and recorded in the platform's purchase and credit history.
Rejected payment requests
If the payment cannot be verified, the amount is incorrect, the reference does not match, or the submitted proof is invalid, CR8iVE may reject the payment request. No Ad Credits are added for a rejected request.
Credit reservation during advertisement review
When a seller submits a paid advertisement, the required credits may be reserved during moderation. Reserved credits are not consumed until the advertisement is approved.
Rejected advertisements and changes required
If CR8iVE rejects a paid advertisement, the credits reserved for that advertisement are returned to the seller's available balance. If changes are requested, the credits remain reserved while the seller edits and resubmits the advertisement.
Auto-Renew
Where Auto-Renew is enabled, one available Ad Credit may be consumed at expiry to extend an eligible paid advertisement for another seven days. If no available credit exists, the advertisement will not renew.
Consumed credits
Credits already consumed for approved live advertising are generally not refundable after the advertising service has begun, except where CR8iVE determines that a platform error prevented the purchased advertising service from being delivered.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
If a seller believes an advertising payment or credit charge was duplicated or applied incorrectly, the seller may contact CR8iVE with the relevant payment reference for review.
Buyer purchases from sellers
CR8iVE does not collect the purchase price of third-party goods or services advertised on the Marketplace. Payment, delivery, warranties, returns and transaction-level refunds are arranged directly between buyer and seller unless CR8iVE Studio is specifically identified as the seller.
